PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce vibrations transmitted to a rotor, prolong the lifetime of a bearing, lower the cogging torque and make the manufacturing a permanent magnet type rotor easy, wherein four or more permanent magnets are arranged so that polarity of the adjoining magnets may be different. SOLUTION: A plurality of permanent magnets are disposed nonuniformly in the circumferential direction, while a stator is arranged so that coils of the same phase are not adjacent in the circumferential direction. A deviation angle of each permanent magnet from the uniform arrangement position is preferably determined so that the number of coggings per revolution of the rotor may be an integral multiple of the least common multiple of the number of slots S and the number of poles P.
