PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color diagnostic processor that uses colors of bear skin, pupils, hair specific to a model for information possible for making a decision so as to attain color coordination in more detail. SOLUTION: The color diagnostic processor is provided with a color extract means that designates areas of image data of a face of a model and measures an RGB value of colors at one or a plurality of points extracted from each area, a color correction means that adds a correction value in response to a photographing condition to the extracted color RGB value to decide a representative color, a classification means that classifies a base color of the skin of the model into a 1st group and a 2nd group in response to a reply from the model with respect to a questionnaire, and a determination means that determines to which of 1st and 2nd color tone groups classified from the 1st group or of 3rd and 4th color tone groups classified from the 2nd group the RGB value of the representative color by each area decided by the color correction means belongs on the basis of a discrimination table specified by the 1st or 2nd group. The discrimination means diagnoses the color tone group most frequently discriminated among the color tone groups discriminated by each area to be a color tone group most suited to the model.
