PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress killing force of a gun because bloodsheds using guns occurs frequently in the country and outside the country and human lives are lost easily. SOLUTION: The ball at the forward end of a bullet is changed from metal, e.g. lead, to rubber while leaving the cartridge part of a metal tube as it is.
