PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a poppet type spool that prevents floating of a sealing member due to separation from flow by making its structured such that turbulence of air is less likely to occur. SOLUTION: Poppet type sealing members 26a, 26b which is to be attached to a valve stem 25 of the spool 11 are constituted to include a first side 37 of large height, a second side 38 of small height, an outer peripheral face 39 gradually enlarging diameter, while inclined gently starting from the second side 38 toward the first side 37, a convex part for hook 41 for arranging to protrude on both of the sides respectively and engaging into a wider width part 35c of an installed groove 35 and a convex part for a seal 42 which is formed on an inner peripheral face of the sealing members 26a, 26b and airtightly impinging and abutting against the bottom face of the installed groove 35, and the second side 38 of small diameter in the sealing members 26a, 26b is configured as an opening or a closing part which opens or closes a valve seat.
