PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and accurately mount a vibration damper even in a case where a distance between joints of a structure to which both ends of the vibration damper are mounted becomes smaller or larger than the mounting length of the vibration damper. SOLUTION: A boss member 14 (51) fastened by a screw so as to be adjustable in an axial direction position is provided to at least one of the movable side end and fixed side end of the vibration damper, and radial plate-like members 43 (53) are fixed to a position positioned at equal intervals in the peripheral direction of the boss member. Radial plate-like members 64 (74) arranged similar to the plate-like members of the boss member are fixed to a joint position of the structure, and each of the plate-like members at the vibration damper side and each of the plate-like members at the structure side is coupled to each other by a connection plate 65 (75) detachably fixed by fastening a screw.
