PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a constant velocity universal joint capable of improving a slide amount and load capacity of parts around an inner ring by a simple means. SOLUTION: In this constant velocity universal joint constituted such that tracks 26, 30 are provided on each of the outer peripheral face of the inner ring 21 and the inner peripheral face of an outer ring 22 in crossing arrangement, a ball 23 is assembled in a crossing part of both tracks 26, 30, and the ball 23 is held by a cage 24 arranged between the outer peripheral face of the inner ring 21 and the inner peripheral face of the outer ring 22, the inside diameter of an end part of the cage 24 is set smaller than the outside diameter of the inner ring 21, the inner peripheral face of the cage 24 is formed in a concave face, and the center O2 of curvature of the concave face is offset.
