PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a locking/unlocking device of a door lock for a building by which the security is improved more than ever, and at the same time, a registration operation of a password code can be easily executed. SOLUTION: When an operation code from a ten-key 12 is inputted, a transmitter 11 outputs an ID code signal containing an ID code and a transmitter code based on the operation code. While, a receiver 21 compares the transmitter code contained in the ID code signal and the transmitter code recorded in a memory 23a, and at the same time, compares the ID code contained in the ID code signal and the password code recorded in the memory 23a, and when they are in accord with each other, the door lock 4 is unlocked. Also, the receiver 21 is in a registration mode when a registration switch 24 is operated. And, when the receiver 21 receives the ID code signal from the transmitter 11 during the registration mode, the ID code contained in the ID code signal is recorded as a new password code in the memory 23a of the receiver 21.
