PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safety management device in a working site which can accurately prevent a loss of a gate lock key and reduce the exchange of the gate lock as much as possible. SOLUTION: An alarm is fitted to a worker so as not to drop out, a switch to turn the alarm ON and OFF is provided, while interlocking a control lock with an operation part or the switch, a lock is mounted to a gate opened to a fence of the working site, and the key of the gate lock and the key of the control lock is connected to a single key holder.
