PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent clogging of a fine-meshed filter disposed in the upstream of a drawing pump inside a tank in a fuel drawing device for an automobile tank. SOLUTION: The inlet 110 of the pump 100 is disposed on the bottom end of the pump, and the outlet 120 of the pump is disposed on the top end of the pump. The pump 100 has a deaerating orifice 130 just above the inlet 110, disposed near the bottom of the pump, and opening to the outside of the pump housing. A pilot operating pump 100 is operated so that the fuel flow passing the drawing pump 100 is nearly the least necessary flow for the appropriate operation.
