摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production condition changeover control method for adhesive coating process for fibrous cord material and a fibrous cord material joint detection method for performing the above control method, capable of changing to an optimum production condition for the fibrous cord material without manual operation and also of surely detecting the joint between two fibrous cord materials. SOLUTION: This changeover control method comprises the following practice: a tension value changing pattern model previously inputted in a tension control unit is compared with the respective tension value patterns of the preceding fibrous cord material in production and the following fibrous cord material, and a proper change is applied each a given time or a given distance according to the tension value changing pattern to mutually join different fibrous cord materials to effect continuous production of the fibrous cord material, thus enabling to change to an optimum production condition without manual operation, and by changing tension according to an optimum tension value changing pattern for the final product quality, unfavorable parts of tension in the changeover of a fibrous cord material can be decreased.
