The hydraulic switch valve (1) has a bypass (24) at the valve slide (16), near the tank connection (4). It carries the pressure medium to the piston/cylinder unit (26) to support the return forces of the return spring (7). A choke is between the tank and the tank connection. The cylinder is formed from the end of the valve sleeve (15) away from the electromagnets (6), and the piston is formed at the end of the valve slide away from the electromagnets.
