PERMEABLE CONCRETE COMPOSITION USING STEELMAKING SLAG

PURPOSE: Provided is a permeable concrete composition including steelmaking slag which is treated to prevent expansion in contacting with water for use as aggregates. CONSTITUTION: The permeable concrete composition(based on 1m¬3 of concrete) comprises 1500-1700kg of the maximum 15mm- or 10mm-sized aggregates, 90-100kg of water, 25-35wt.% of water/cement(W/C), 0.5-2.0wt.%(based on the cement) of superplasticizing AE water reducing agent, 2-5wt.%(based on the cement) of colorant. The used aggregates contain up to 20vol.%(based on the total aggregates) of steelmaking slag which is aged by spreading water or immersing into water for 1month or more.
