<p>PURPOSE: An operation snubber circuit for a motor driving device is provided to operate the motor driving device over the temperature of 100 deg.C by forming the electric motor including integrated electronic equipments. CONSTITUTION: An electric motor(42) generates induced flyback current in changing the state, and operates at first or second stage. A motor driving device(44) is inserted between the electric motor and an electric power source, and composed of a reverse voltage protector, a capacitor and a snubber circuit. The reverse voltage protector is connected to the electric motor and the electric power source in series to supply current to the electric motor, and the capacitor is arranged parallel with the motor between the electric motor and the reverse voltage protector. The snubber circuit is arranged parallel with the electric motor, and composed of a switch including a sensor and a resistor. The sensor reacts on increase of bus voltage, and the resistor adjusts current with connecting to the switch in series.</p> |
