PURPOSE: Provided is a multi-coating sprayer using high pressure air, which can spray paints on fine and broad zones, purge the insides of hoses by air and a solvent after spraying, return residual paints, and coat many materials at one time. CONSTITUTION: The multi-coating sprayer contains: a plurality of tanks(10) containing different kinds of paints(1) and the solvent(20); a plurality of pumps(20) for pumping the paints(1) or the solvent(2); a plurality of spray guns(30) for spraying one paint(1) or the solvent(2) pumped by one pump(20) of the many pumps(20); an air compressor(60) sending the high pressure air to the spray guns(30); a liquid regulator(70) supplying the paint(1) or the solvent(2) to the spray guns(30) by fixed pressure and flow rate; a distributor(80) distributing the paint(1) equally, which is mounted between the pumps(20) and the liquid regulator(70); pneumatic pressure type color change valves(82); paint returning tubes(53) connected to the spray guns(30) and the tanks(10). |
