Method for image processing of X-ray images, especially for medical fluoroscopy, in which a single high dose exposure (HD) is made, which the remaining low dose images (LD1, LD2) can use to recognize the salient features. The image quality of the single exposure is such that pattern-matching algorithms can be used and a pattern within the image automatically (4) and non-automatically (3) recognized.
