PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of roofing tiles by dry forming unlike conventional wet forming is provided to increase productivity, reduce deviation of measurement and improve freezing resistance. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method of roofing tiles with high mechanical strength and low absorption is as follows: (M1) mixing 31-33% of feldspar, 43-45% of pottery stone and 23-25% of clay, and (M2) wet milling the mixture; (M3) spray-drying raw materials to contain 5-6% of water; (M4) forming it into a tile with a hall to fix tiles on the slant; (M5) drying and (M9) optionally glazing it to offer color and pattern; (M6) sintering it at 1000-1300deg.C.
