PURPOSE: A device for remote-controlling alarm and remote alarm clock using the same are provided to allow a user to turn on/off alarm and to set time for alarm remotely for a usual clock with alarming function. CONSTITUTION: A device includes a remote controller(21) comprising at least one button for setting alarm and turning on and off light and generating remote controlling signal corresponding to operation of the button; and a main body(22) attached on an alarm clock and receiving the remote control signal transmitted by the remote controller to indicate that alarm is set, to turn on lamp of a dial and to set time for alarm according to the remote control signal.
