PURPOSE: Haircutting scissors are provided to promote the circulation of blood from the fingers to the wrist of a user grabbing handle parts of the scissors, thereby reducing the fatigue of the fingers. CONSTITUTION: Haircutting scissors include a pair of scissor halves(1) coupled by a screw pin(2) in boundary portions between blade parts(10) and handle parts(11), wherein the handles contain multi-element mineral components in balance in addition to main components of silicon such as granite, pearlstone, pitchstone and tourmaline, thereby emitting anions of 4-14μm.
