PURPOSE: A safety financial transaction method using a mobile network is provided to prevent a loss due to a financial transaction generated out of a card bearer's control range by making the financial transaction safely achieved only through a confirmation procedure for the bearer. CONSTITUTION: If a financial transaction confirmation request is received from a financial institution system(208), a mobile system judges whether the requested time belongs to a preset withdrawal limit time zone(210). In case that the financial transaction confirmation request time doesn't belong to the preset withdrawal limit time zone, the mobile system transmits a normal transaction confirmed notification to the financial institution system(212). However, if the financial transaction confirmation request time belongs to the preset withdrawal limit time zone, the mobile system defines the financial transaction request as a tentative abnormal transaction and transmits it to the financial institution system(214). Receiving the tentative abnormal transaction notification, the financial institution system approves the withdrawal of cash within a preappointted payment limit and waits until a financial transaction confirmed notification is received from the mobile system(216). |
