PURPOSE: An apparatus and method for displaying a biorhythm using a keypad is provided to satisfy the desire of a user who wishes for a sensitive service by composing an LED(Light Emitting Diode) unit for radiating a light with various colors and radiating a light with a different color according to a biorhythm index in the keypad. CONSTITUTION: A memory stores a biorhythm program and user information. A control unit(100) calculates a biorhythm using the biorhythm program and user information, stores the calculated value in the memory, and controls a plurality of brightness adjustors(210) according to the calculated value. A key input has a keypad having a plurality of numerical keys and function keys, and outputs key input data of a plurality of numerical keys and function keys to the control unit(100). An LED unit(200) has a plurality of brightness adjustors(210) for adjusting each voltage quantity supplied to a plurality of switches(221,231,241) and the switching of a plurality of switches(221,231,241) under the control of the control unit(100). The LED unit(200) has a plurality of switches(221,231,241) for connecting a plurality of varistors(223,233,243) to the brightness adjustors(210), being switched according to the control of the brightness adjustors(210), and supplying voltages inputted from the brightness adjustors(210) to the varistors(223,233,243). The LED unit(200) has a plurality of varistors(223,233,243) connected to a plurality of switches(221,231,241) in series and a plurality of LEDs(225,235,245) for being connected to a plurality of varistors(223,233,243) in series and being installed under the keypad.
