A fuel injection valve (1) for fuel injection units on internal combustion engines, comprises a magnet coil (10), a valve needle (3), co-operating with the magnet coil (10) and acted upon in a return direction by a return spring (23), for operating a valve closing body (4), which forms a sealing seat together with a valve seat surface (6) and a bush (24) which serves to pre-tension the return spring (23). The bush (24) is embodied in one piece with a filter element (25) to give a one-piece deep-drawn filter bush (34), comprising through openings (35) for filtering fuel flowing through the fuel injection valve (1).
