DICHROIC APPARATUS FOR CRT

PURPOSE: A dichroic apparatus for a CRT is provided to enhance an image quality by minimizing a black line generated on the screen due to a real tie arranged between slots. CONSTITUTION: A mask has a major axis and a minor axis, and is stretched and connected to a frame in one of the major and the minor direction. The mask includes a plurality of strips(34a) arranged in a predetermined space, a plurality of electron beam through holes(34b) formed by real bridges arranged between the strips with a predetermined pitch, and at least one dummy bridge(34d) arranged at an inside of the holes by being extended from the strips. The dummy bridges are formed along the column direction in an odd number. A real bridge(34c) is arranged within at least m±2, wherein a reference column in which the holes are arranged, is m=0, and the other column adjacent to the reference column is m±N(N is natural number).
