PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of bone china is provided to lower sintering temperature, improve whiteness and thermal shock resistance, and save manufacturing costs by reducing bone ash content and using potash feldspar as a flux unlike conventional bone china. CONSTITUTION: The bone china is manufactured by the following steps of: wet ball milling raw materials of bone china such as 32-37wt.% of bone china, 22-27wt.% of potash feldspar replacing an expensive flux, Cornish stone, 22-27wt.% of clay, 4-6wt.% of talc; removing water from the mixture with a filter press; forming and drying in the air; biscuit sintering at 1180-1200deg.C; glazing; glost firing.
