The structure has a passenger cell with rear roof struts/roll bar, connected by cross strut, and an auxiliary frame. This is formed as a support frame (2) for chassis (4) and engine (3). It is connected detachable via tension/pressure connection bars (6,7,8) to the roof struts (1) or the roll bar, above the lower cross strut (5) and at a defined distance to it. Frame, chassis, and engine form a modular unit for connection to the passenger cell.
