PURPOSE: An apparatus for filming an operation scene, mounted on a center shaft of a shadowless light, is provided to freely and safely adjust a filming angle of a video camera without disturbing an operating region of an operator. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for filming an operation scene comprises a camera filming angle adjusting part mounted on a center shaft of a shadowless light to adjust a filming angle of a video camera(10); the video camera mounted to the camera filming angle adjusting part; a video recorder(20) connected with the video camera; a monitor(22a,22b); and a remote controller(26) located on an operating table with being connected with the camera filming angle adjusting part, the video camera and the video recorder in order to produce control signals controlling a filming angle of the video camera, the filming and recording/reproducing actions of the video recorder.
