PURPOSE: A dual water tap device for a washing machine is provided to recycle relative clean water discharged from the washing machine for the drain water of a toilet as necessary after storing in a storage tank, thereby increasing the water use efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A dual water tap device for a washing machine includes a storage selection valve connected to a lower end of a drain tube(3) connected to a lower end of an outer tub, a storage tank(11) connected to the drain tube via the storage selection valve and having a bottom water level control switch(13) and a top water level control switch(12) respectively at lower and upper parts, and a sterilization solution case(17) mounted above the storage tank and connected to the storage tank via a discharge tube(10), wherein a discharge hole(25) of the storage tank is connected to a dual water tap and a drain case of a toilet.
