PURPOSE: Provided is a process for producing pellets of waste plastics, which have high formability, improved tensile strength and impact-resistance and can be used for producing various articles, pipes, sticks, bottles, and etc. CONSTITUTION: The process comprises the steps of: collecting the waste plastics; separating the waste plastics into a polyethylene resin, a polypropylene resin, and a polystyrene resin; grinding the separated waste plastics according to the quality of the material; removing dirt by dusting off the ground waste plastics; injecting 30-70wt% of the polystyrene into a melting furnace and melting and then adding 30-70wt% of the polyethylene and melting and mixing, wherein the polypropylene or a mixture of the polystyrene and the polypropylene can be used instead of the polystyrene; sending the molten mixture of the waste plastics to an exhaust port equipped with a pellet die and producing pellets.
