PURPOSE: Provided are an apparatus for producing colored ice cake and a method for thereof, thereby shortening production process of colored ice cake to increase productivity, preventing the production of inferior goods, and producing ice cake having various colors and tastes. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for producing colored ice cake comprises a first forming mold which is inserted by liquid for ice cake and a stick, a transferrer which transfers a bar typed ice cake from the first forming mold to a second forming mold, at least one additional filler between the second forming mold and the transferrer to inject additional liquid for ice cake, a transferring unit for the first and second forming molds according to each process.
