PRIVATE EXCHANGE SYSTEM STATISTICS APPARATUS AND METHOD

PURPOSE: A private exchange system statistics apparatus and method is provided to store statistics data without the limit of the capacity of a storing medium by embodying the statistics data necessary for a private exchange system using a CTI(Computer Telephony Integration) event in an external server. CONSTITUTION: A CTI event generator(200) processes the result of a diagnosing work(105) and a call processing work(115) of a private exchange(100). A CTI interface transmits the processed result of the CTI event generator(200) to a data collector(220) located in an external server(210). The data collector(220) extracts and processes information necessary for statistics among received CTI events and transmits processed information to a data manager(230). The data manager(230) manages and processes the received data. A memory(250) stores the data processed by the data manager(230). A probability reporter(240) outputs the data processed by the data manager(230).
