PURPOSE: Provided is a method for manufacturing functional Makkolli(korean traditional unrefined rice wine) by adding other ingredients having functionality. Therefore, Makkolli can prevent adult diseases and other diseases. CONSTITUTION: The method for manufacturing functional Makkolli(korean traditional unrefined rice wine) is characterized by the steps of: refining crude liquid of Makkolli by using a mixed solution of yellow soil water and underground water in a mixing ratio of 30%:70% to obtain 6-8% of Makkolli; and adding natural green tea flavor thereto, wherein yellow soil water can be replaced with germanium solution and Acanthopanax solution.
