PURPOSE: Anti-rolling toilet roll is provided to eliminate inconvenience that a user winds the toilet roll in case of unintentional rolling and unwinding of the toilet roll. CONSTITUTION: The anti-rolling toilet roll(2) is provided with a hook(4) constructed to be extruded from the inside of a spool(6) to the outside thereof. The hook is made of a plastic material and has a rectangular shape capable of maximizing a contact area between the toilet roll and the hook in order to prevent the unintentional rolling and unwinding of the toilet roll.
