PURPOSE: A method for variably accumulating points in accordance with using a card is provided to return a profit to a member and enable a member store to increase a sale by issuing cards to consumers through a recommender, accumulating a pre-set point to the card user and the recommender in accordance with a card using amount, supplying cash or cyber money, and maintaining a capacity of a member in accordance with a card consumption of the recommender. CONSTITUTION: A head office server judges whether a consumer uses an accumulating card through a member store communication unit(S100). If a consumer used an accumulating card, the head office server judges whether the consumer is a general member through the member store communication unit(S200). If the consumer is a general member, the head office server judges whether an accumulating card using time is included in an event executing term(S300). If the accumulating card using time is not included in an event executing term, the head office accumulates an accumulating point with respect to a general member as a pre-set point(S400).
