The bags are manufactured from a length of plastic foil (3), and a peel strip dispenser (16) and strip fastener (17) are located on the foil length. The manufacturing device is a bag forming, filling, and sealing machine, with a device (4) to deflect the foil length and shape the bags. The dispenser supplies a peel strip to be included in a longitudinal sealed seam (11) of the bag, or alternatively, a number of shorter strips for pref. head seams (13).The strip fastener has a sealing device to weld the strips to the bag.
