PURPOSE: A method for the business process of an Internet purchase card is provided to use the discount benefit and the point when buying a product through the Internet by accumulating a part of the commission for the transfer of a customer's account of the second financial organization. CONSTITUTION: A purchase site(30) includes an agent system for carrying out the EC(Electric Commerce) between a seller and a buyer(40) on the Internet. A payment gateway carries out the encryption and the user certification between the purchase site and an operator's system, and carries out the relay with other organization connection server. The operator's system(10) carries out the temporary permission business such as the relay and the data conservation for the temporary permission transaction of a purchase card, a temporary permission settlement/canceling business processing the settlement request data for the temporary permission transaction and carrying out the relay and the data conservation for the temporary settlement permission canceling transaction, a temporary permission settlement canceling business, a business for searching the usable remaining amount of the purchase limit, and the settlement detail search business.
