MOBILE COMMUNICATION TERMINAL HAVING PRIVATE SECRETARY FUNCTION USING SMS AND EMBODYING METHOD THEREFOR

PURPOSE: A mobile communication terminal having a private secretary function using an SMS(Short Message Service) and an embodying method therefor are provided to inform the state of a user to a caller by transmitting an SMS message from the mobile communication terminal. CONSTITUTION: If an SMS message is received or a telephone conversation call is received in an SMS message response transmission mode, a control unit(10) transmits the certain SMS message or a voice message to a caller. An RF(Radio Frequency) unit(60) controls the transmission and reception of voice data and control data under the control of the control unit(10). A voice processing unit(50) converts the voice data received from the RF unit(60) into an audible tone under the control of the control unit(10) and outputs the converted audible tone through a speaker. The voice processing unit(50) converts a voice signal received from a microphone into data and outputs the converted data to the RF unit(60). A memory unit(40) stores the SMS message which a user wants to transmit.
