PURPOSE: A system for the purchase insuring type auction using the Internet is provided to make a seller prevent the loss of the time and efforts due to the failure of the auction, to make an operator buy the desired article at a desired price or complete a deal with a buyer, to make a buyer buy the article proved by a sponsor. CONSTITUTION: The operator inputs the detail of the desired articles and the insuring price and notifies it on the Internet(201). The seller requests the sale and transfers the selling article to the operator(202,203). The operator checks the articles(204). If the seller wants to sell the article at the insuring price, the operator decides the purchase of the article(207). If the seller wants to sell the article through the auction, the operator registers and notifies a starting price on the Internet(208). The buyer joins to the auction and the operator closes the auction at the finishing time(209). If the auction fails, the operator buys the article at the insuring price. If a winner of the auction is decided, the article is sent to the winner after receiving the price(211,212).
