<p>A drier has an elongate base (1,5,6) for securing horizontally to a wall. The base has wall mountings ((1) at each end spanned by upper and lower bars (6,5), the upper bar (6) being further from the wall than the lower bar (5). Arms (3) intermediate the bars (5,6) are hinged to the mountings (1) and carry between them extendable rods (4) with mechanism for spacing the rods to form a rack when the arms are open, projecting horizontally from the wall. When the arms (3) are closed, the rods (4) close up and are concealed by the arms. Articles can hang freely from both bars (5,6) whether the arms are open or closed. <IMAGE></p> |
