PURPOSE: A method of manufacturing a PDP panel is provided to reduce a panel aging time. CONSTITUTION: A method of manufacturing a PDP panel comprises a temperature rising step(S1), where in an upper and a lower substrates deposited by seal material are arranged, pressed, and heated, an adhesive step(S2) for adhering each panels with the sealing material, a cooling step(S3) for cooling gradually the temperature, a gas injection step(S4) for injecting a mixed gas, an aging step(S5) for performing an aging by applying a driving voltage to the PDP, a discharging step(S6) for discharging impurity generated during the aging process, a sealing step(S7) for sealing the panel after injecting the discharging gas, and a second aging step(S8) for stabilizing an electrical and optical characteristics of the PDP panel. |
