PURPOSE: A wireless filter of a combination line structure having a frequency cutoff circuit and a method for forming the same are provided to improve a gain of the wireless filter by breaking predetermined frequencies of a predetermined frequency band. CONSTITUTION: A wire less filter is formed by a couple of transmission lines(108a,108b). The transmission line(108a) is connected to an input terminal. The transmission line(108b) is connected to an output terminal. A plurality of via holes(110,112,114,116,118,120) are formed on the transmission lines(108a,108b) and the input and the output terminals. The transmission lines(108a,108b) are connected to a ground layer by the via holes(110,120). The transmission lines(108a,108b) are connected to a capacity compensation circuit by the via holes(114,116). A transmission line(108c) is connected to a capacitor device by the via hole(122). The transmission line(108c) is used as an inductive transmission line.
