<p>The present invention is directed to a method for the determination of a target nucleic acid using a special control nucleic acid, a method for the amplification of a partial sequence of said target nucleic acid using primers, a special control and a kit containing said control. The sequence of these control nucleic acids are at least in part parallel-complementary to the sequence of the target nucleic. These controls have similar properties as the target nucleic acid in hybridization and amplification methods, but can be well differentiated from the target nucleic acid by their different sequence. <IMAGE></p> |
