The invention discloses a nonreciprocal circuit device, a composite electronic component, and a communication apparatus, which can achieve miniaturization and cost reduction while having good characteristics. In the nonreciprocal circuit device, one (C1) of a plurality of matching capacitors (C1, C2, C3) is connected in series between one (2) of a plurality of central conductors (2, 3, 4) and a port (P1) of the central conductor (2).
