PURPOSE: A deflection yoke is provided to achieve an improved heat radiation efficiency by increasing the surface area of radiation plate and attaching the radiation plate to the position free from a high temperature heat generated from a deflection coil. CONSTITUTION: A deflection yoke(2) is characterized in that a deflection circuit substrate is formed integrally with the deflection yoke, and the deflection circuit substrate includes a synchronous separation circuit(4), a horizontal output circuit, a vertical output circuit, an East/West correction circuit, a convergence correction circuit, and a radiation plate(51) arranged to surround the circuits. Heating elements(52) including a horizontal output transistor, a vertical deflection IC and a transistor for modulation, are disposed at left and right edges of the radiation plate. The radiation plate serves as a cover for the deflection circuit substrate so as to protect circuit elements excluding the heating elements.
