PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide Morinda citrifolia fruit juice which can make a good use of the fruits, and to provide a method for producing the juice. SOLUTION: The Morinda citrifolia fruit juice is obtained by mixing Morinda citrifolia fruits and unrefined brown sugar together followed by fermentation. The other objective method for producing the fruit juice comprises the following process: cut pieces 2 of Morinda citrifolia fruits and unrefined brown sugar 3 are mutually superposed in layers, left at rest and fermented, and the stock liquor 6 extracted from the resulting fermented product is mixed with water followed by boiling treatment of the mixture. |
