摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance paper feeding/separating performance even when high adhesion force is applied between paper sheets, by giving fluctuation to a nip pressure and giving the lowest value condition for the applied time of a low pressure value, in a paper feeding device by an FRR method. SOLUTION: At least 2 pairs of a driving gear and a driven gear or more are provided along the longitudinal direction of the rotation shaft 8 of a reverse roller 2, and either one of gears in each pair has a partially toothless part where no tooth exists. When letting PBLT be the engagement time of a tooth part having least number of teeth, which is a part of the gear having the partially toothless part in the pair of the driving gear and the driven gear disposed nearest to the support point of the rotation shaft 8, at the time when the gear is driven for feeding, letting NIP be the width of a nip part where a feed roller is brought into contact with the reverse roller in the paper carrying direction, and letting VR be the linear velocity of the reverse roller, the relationship equation of PBLT>NIP/VR is satisfied.</p>
