PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular seat excellent in an appearance by uniformly covering a cover assembly of a side part of the seat in close contact along a shape of a pade assembly with a simple mechanism. SOLUTION: This vehicular seat covers the pad assembly with the cover assembly for sewing up the side part and a main part in a boundary part, and has a side part hanging bag formed as a long size bag shape in the lengthwise direction of the boundary part between the side part and the main part, and sewn to the boundary part, and a hanging plate formed in a continuous shape penetrating in the lengthwise direction of the side part hanging bag, and hanging at least one end part in the lengthwise direction on the pad assembly side.
