PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly and stably pour liquid without splattering stably when pouring the liquid from a PET bottle or a glass bottle, and to cap the bottle again when the liquid remains in the bottle. SOLUTION: As the uncapped PET bottle or the glass bottle containing the liquid is slowly tilted horizontally to an angle of 90 deg. from the upstanding state, liquid comes out, air is sucked into a container, and the sucked air is accumulated in the vessel. The part in the vessel within a 3 cm radius around the part in which the sucked air staying at first is formed as an air trap. An attachment attached on the inside of the spout or neck of the PET bottle or glass bottle is fitted to a pipe connecting the air trap and the part within a 3 cm radius around a spout of the PET bottle or glass bottle.
