PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image recorder excellent in operability, when a manual insertion sheet is inserted, moreover capable of sufficiently ensuring even a loading space of a discharged sheet, by a constitution of simple and small size. SOLUTION: A supply port of a manual insertion sheet communicating with a paper feed roller 10 is provided in an upper surface of a cassette 9 receiving the sheet, and a paper discharge stack lever 50 receiving the discharged sheet locked is provided to protrude in the upward of this supply port.
