Title derivs of formula (I): (where m is 2 or 3, R1 is Me or Et, and R2 and R3 are H or R2 + R3 is an additional bond) and their acid addn salts are prepd. by (a) reacting a reactive ester derived from segment A2 of (I) with the base derived from segment A1 or its alkali deriv. (b) reacting the base derived from segment B2 or (I) or its alkali deriv. with a reactive ester derived from segment B1 or (c) reacting a reactive ester derived from segment C2 of (I) with the base derived from segment C1 in the presence of a basic condensation agent.
