PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To favorably hold the riding comfort of a motorcycle. SOLUTION: A link is pivotally supported to the lower part of a car body frame 3 so as to be vertically rotatable A about a first shaft center 12. A rear arm 15 is pivotally supported to the link 11 so as to be vertically rotatable B about a second shaft center 16. A turning regulation body 19 elastically regulating a relative turning between the link 11 and the rear arm 15 about the second shaft center 16 is provided. A rear wheel 34 is supported to the rear part of the rear arm 15 by an axle 33. A shock absorber 39 pivotally supported to the rear arm 15 is so provided that its upper end is pivotally supported to the car body frame so as to be rotatable about a third shaft center 35 and its lower end part is rotatable about a forth shaft center 37. A virtual straight line 49 passing through the third shaft center 35 and the forth shaft center 37 is made to pass through between the first shaft center 12 and the shaft center 32 of the axle 33 in viewed from the side of the car body 2.
