PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a folding bicycle stored into an extremely compact size, facilitating the folding and developing, holding a strength of a car body in traveling and being carried by rolling on the ground without raised up in folding. SOLUTION: In folding, a front frame having a front wheel and a handle and a rear frame having a rear wheel and a saddle are drawn near in the front/rear direction on an axle by an X-frame laid across therebetween and then a driving frame having a pedal pivoted onto the rear axle, a gear, etc., is separated so that the front/rear frames are tilted by approximately 45 deg. relative to the axle and the front wheel is regulated to be coaxially disposed in parallel on the rear wheel axle. In traveling, the X-frame supports the front/rear frames by crossing therebetween, the driving frame fixes a crossing part between the rear wheel and the X-frame so as to provide this bicycle with the strength compared with the conventional folding bicycle of a hinge mechanism type. In folding, the front/rear wheels are coaxially disposed in parallel so as to stably moving by rolling on the ground and also used as a carrier.
